Wherever possible, we use local UK-produced food. We source our food and wines from partners we’ve known for many years. Most are small, independent British companies that consistently offer first-class quality and great service.
We change our recipes in tune with the seasons and availability. Organic is preferable, but unfortunately it’s not always obtainable. But there’s no ‘one size fits all’ policy. You tell us what you want and we’ll deliver it.
Our menus cover everything from bespoke wedding breakfasts to street food, Indian banquets to vintage afternoon teas, business brunches to bowl food. We’ll tailor it precisely to your needs and your occasion.

Flying Fish Seafood’s access the finest, freshest and most flavourful seafood in the British Isles, if not the world. “The best chefs deserve the finest quality produce our country has to offer. We might be biased but we firmly believe Cornwall has the richest and most varied seafood in the UK”. Now they serve hundreds of incredible customers, including many Michelin-starred chefs, restaurants and high end caterers.
Sandy Lane Farm Our good friends Charles, Sue, George and Cate Bennett, are a traditional, family-run farm 8 miles outside of Oxford and have been certified organic for nearly 25 years. They believe
following organic production methods is best for their soil and farm environment, which leads to really tasty veg and better resilience in varying weather conditions.
Wellocks believe that the best dishes begin with the perfect ingredients. All of our suppliers have been specially selected, and we work with them directly to help them produce the perfect ingredients for our customers.

Aubrey Allen are a family business, established in 1933, and they understand that providing the best meat from gate to plate is more important than marketing promises. Their reputation has been built on their uncompromising commitment to provenance, fair trade with farmers.
Aubrey Allen do not have a purchasing policy but rather they have a philosophy to always source the very best ethically cared for meat and that commitment has recently won them a National Meat Buyer of the Year award for ‘Ethical Sourcing and Animal Welfare’. “The focus is always on how the meat will taste for your customer and through relationships with our farmers spanning twenty years, we are able to secure the top yield in the country.”
For 15 years, our excellent selection of wines has been supplied by the Oxford Wine Company. It is one of the largest independent wine companies in the UK, with a superb range of over 1500 wines and spirits. Like us, the company prefers to deal directly with small, high quality suppliers. Which means our customers enjoy a vast range of outstanding wines that you rarely find on the High Street, at attractively affordable prices.
Our Green Policy
We are committed to protecting the local and global environment through responsible and effective management, minimising our negative impacts and maximising opportunities to enhance the local environmental in which we operate.
Our goal is to comply with all relevant legislation, to prevent environmental damage and to conserve our natural resources. ALL our food waste is taken to an Anaerobic Digestion facility, where naturally occurring micro-organisms break down the food waste to produce biogas and a nutrient-rich fertiliser called digestate used for agriculture and in land regeneration. The biogas is converted into renewable electricity in gas engines and is fed to the National Grid.
Our glass, card board and packaging waste is recycled responsibly and we work with suppliers who support the same policies.
